Coaching for Organisations
Voluntary, confidential coaching for the people who keep your organisation running.
Change is hard on people, especially when they're under pressure, short of time or feel unheard. Coaching gives staff and leaders a private, supportive space to understand their own patterns, reconnect with their strengths and choose how they respond, so morale and wellbeing can improve from the inside.
Let’s talk - Book a free scoping conversation to talk through what you or your organisation needs.
Fees depend on the size and length of the work and are agreed in advance.
Who it's for
- Staff teams under pressure or going through change
- Managers who want support while leading through change
- Organisations that value their people and want to offer something beyond training days
- Education and training providers, with a specialist option: Compliance Confidence Coaching (see below)
What coaching can help with
- Self-awareness: noticing automatic patterns and reactions
- Self-compassion, and a kinder inner voice
- Imposter syndrome and self-sabotage
- Understanding the roles we slip into under pressure: rescuer, persecutor and victim (often called the drama triangle)
- Setting and keeping healthy boundaries
- Building the habit of pausing before reacting
How it works
- A scoping conversation with you, to understand what you hope for and how the work would run.
- A three-way agreement between your organisation, me and each participant, setting out confidentiality, what's reported back and what isn't.
- An optional introductory session for staff, explaining what coaching is, what's confidential and how to sign up.
- One-to-one coaching for those who choose it, online using Microsoft Teams, with each participant signing up directly with me.
- A short anonymous review at the end, shared with you as themes only.
What makes it different
- Always voluntary. Coaching only works when people choose it. Staff sign up directly, and no one is sent.
- Confidential. What a person shares stays with me. The limits are those set out in the agreement: where the law requires it, where there is a risk of serious harm to the person or others, or where there is a safeguarding concern.
- Independent of line management. Nothing about an individual is shared with their manager. What's reported back is agreed in advance, typically only that sessions took place and anonymised themes, with participants' consent.
How the sessions work
Sessions combine coaching with some guidance. I'll tell you when I'm coaching and when I'm
sharing information, and I'll point you to official guidance for the detail.
What it isn't
It isn't a compliance audit, legal advice or a guarantee of any funding outcome.
Rules change, so please always check current official guidance.
Confidential and voluntary. You choose to take part, and what you share stays with me. That includes worries and mistakes about funding and compliance. Coaching is a place to talk about them honestly. The limits are the same as for all my coaching: where the law requires disclosure, where there is a risk of serious harm, or where there is a safeguarding concern. I’m not an auditor and can’t advise on what to report, but if you’re unsure, I’ll encourage you to take advice.
Independence. Separately from The Rewire Practice, I work in funding compliance through my software business. I don’t coach people whose organisations are clients of that business. If there’s any overlap, I’ll tell you before we start.
My background
I'm Lynn Yates, a psychological coach and nutritional therapy practitioner. Newly qualified, with a year of supervised coaching practice behind me.
I hold the Integrative Nutrition Therapy and Psychological Coaching Diploma from the New School of Nutritional Medicine. The coaching element of the diploma is accredited by EMCC at Level 7. EMCC membership invitation expected.
Over the past year I've coached clients as part of my training with supervised practice. I also bring over a decade of experience supporting training providers with funding and compliance requirements, through a separate software business, and I'll always disclose any overlap between the two. I know first-hand how much pressure that responsibility can carry, and I have personal experience of perfectionism, imposter syndrome and chronic stress.
