1 to 1 Psychological Coaching
1 to 1 coaching for people who want clarity, confidence and change that lasts.
Psychological coaching is a professional, confidential partnership. It helps you understand the thoughts, beliefs and habits that shape your choices, and turn that understanding into steady, practical action. You don't need to know exactly what you want to work on. We'll find it together.
Who it's for
People who feel stuck, are under pressure or facing a change, or want to understand their patterns and take steady, practical steps. It also suits people who want to build self-compassion, set healthier boundaries, or stop repeating the same cycles at work, at home or with themselves.
How it works
- Four 60-minute online sessions, usually a couple of weeks apart
- A 10-minute check-in between sessions, included, to keep you supported and moving
- At the end of each session, we agree your next steps, and you take them forward at your own pace
What to expect
Before we start: a free 20-minute discovery call to see if we're a good fit. If we are, you'll receive a short agreement and a link for each session.
Your first session: we talk about what's brought you here and what you'd like to change, and agree together what to focus on.
Between sessions: a short check-in to see how you're getting on, and small steps to try at your own pace.
Your final session: we review what's shifted, what's helped and how you'll keep going.
How it may feel: coaching asks you to look honestly at your patterns, which can bring up feelings. I'll go at your pace, and you're always free to pause or change focus.
You'll have my full attention and a safe, judgement-free space. I listen closely, ask the questions that may help you see things differently, and share simple, practical tools when they're useful. I'll gently challenge you when it helps you move forward. You stay in charge of where we go, and what you share stays private, within the limits set out in my Terms.
What coaching isn't
Coaching isn't therapy or counselling, and it doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. If something comes up that's outside the scope of coaching, I'll refer you to a suitably qualified therapist, psychologist or doctor.
£200 for four sessions (introductory price; usual price £300), for my first 5 clients. Further sessions are available after your first block: individually at £65 or in another block of four.
Nutrition & Coaching Programme
Integrative nutritional therapy and psychological coaching built into every stage.
Food, stress and daily patterns affect each other, and this programme looks at them together. Knowing what to change is one thing. Putting it into practice, with support, is where real change happens. That's why coaching is part of every stage, and why I don't offer nutritional reports on their own.
The programme runs over a minimum of four months, in three stages. Lasting change takes time, and four months gives space to try things, adjust and build habits that stick.
Each stage includes
- A 60-minute nutrition consultation and an individualised report
- A 60-minute coaching session
- A 15-minute wellness check-in
I don't use fixed protocols. Your report and plan are built around you: your history, goals and the life you're living now.
£450 for all three stages. Follow-up stages are £150 each if you'd like further support. The programme should be completed within six months of your first session.
Functional Testing
Where it's right for you, I can arrange tests through Nordic Laboratories and Mineral Check (for HTMA) as part of your Nutrition & Coaching Programme. Tests aren't offered on their own, and test prices are in addition to the programme fee. Each test fee includes the lab fee, postage, and a 60-minute session to go through your results with you.
Tests give information about tendencies and patterns. They don't diagnose anything and don't replace medical tests. If anything in your results suggests you need medical attention, I'll ask you to see your GP.
- HTMA (hair mineral analysis): Offers clues about long-term mineral patterns. Hair levels don't reliably reflect what's happening inside the body, so it's one piece of the picture only.
- GI-MAP (gut health): Looks at gut microbes and markers linked to digestion. It doesn't diagnose gut disease.
- DNA Core: Suggests tendencies, such as how your body may handle certain nutrients.
- DNA Hormones: Suggests tendencies in how your body may handle certain hormones.
- DUTCH Plus (hormones and stress patterns): Shows how your body produces and breaks down certain hormones across the day.
Prices are confirmed in writing before any test is ordered.
Supplements and Complementary Options
Where it's right for you, I may suggest various supplements or options such as tissue salts or acute homeopathy. These are offered as support and personal choice, never as treatment. I'll tell you if I earn commission or a discount on anything I recommend, and you should check with your doctor or pharmacist about interactions with any medication.
Knowing My Limits
If test results or what you tell me suggest you need medical attention, I'll ask you to see your GP. If something is beyond the scope of coaching, I'll refer you to a suitably qualified professional. I never advise anyone to stop, start or change prescribed medication, as that's for you and your prescriber.
My services support wellbeing and don't replace medical care.
